Who is Rolf?

A Phoenix Realtor and former architect helping clients buy and sell mid century modern and contemporary homes, luxury properties, and investment land in Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa. I combine 25 years of architectural and marketing experience with Coldwell Banker Realty’s proven systems to present each home as a design driven, data backed opportunity. Special focus on architecturally significant properties and large land holdings across Arizona.

My career in architecture with experience in real estate, construction management and design has allowed me to build a multi-dimensional perspective in the field. As an architect, it was my greatest pleasure to design unique homes to suit the needs and identities of my clients. As a Realtor, it is this same passion which drives me to support my clients in finding the best possible buyer or the perfect home that fits their lifestyle.
